Since the space is shared with other renters, we ask no pets or children, only one person per room. There is also an HOA, and the unit does share walls with other townhomes, so please no parties or smoking. Utilities are included with your monthly payment. Trash, recycling, and compost are also provided by the HOA! There is also a $50 cleaning fee, charged only the first month, and I will come once a month to clean the shared spaces if there is more than one renter in the unit, but please keep your private space tidy.
