Apartment is an upper level unit, with a deck, is approximately 1,480 sq. ft., and rents for $1,295.00 per month. Appliances include: stove/oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Apartment has central air and heating. Washer & Dryer are included in the home. Each adult will need to complete an application and be approved before we will line up any showings. There is NO application fee. Rent includes water, sewer, garbage, lawn care, and snow removal (when snowfall is 2 inches or greater). Tenants are responsible for the electricity and gas; phone, internet, and/or cable (If you want those services), and responsible for salting/sanding own driveway in the winter (if you want that done as well).
