I have a newly renovated (s/s appliances, w/d in unit, laminate flooring), 1 bed/1 bath apartment at The Reserve of Carlsbad and I'm looking for someone to assume the lease. I'm hoping for a move in date of 1 May but am flexible; that will leave about 9 months on the lease. The apartment is great (close to major highways, public transportation, 1.5 miles to the beach and Carlsbad Village, walking distance to the mall, etc.), I've simply rented a house and need to move out of here as soon as I can. You'll have to meet the complex's credit checks, etc. The current rent is $1635 a month (plus an additional $65 per pet if you have any), plus utilities. Please let me know if you have any questions. Sublet; 9 months left on contract. In addition to rent, tenant responsible for basic utilities.
