For full time students no co-signer needed. Holding fee $1,250 and last month rent due at the time of signing to hold the place. First month rent and remaining security deposit due at move in. Credit score 680+ unless full time students. Income 3X unless full time students. One cat allowed for $50/mo cat rent.
