Great starter home for a young family or a forever home for a small family. in 2004 we added a 19x22 screened porch and an above ground pool (16x33). We purchased stair case entry with locking door for safety. If you don't want the pool, we will move it. Walking distance to the Riverwalk and a new children s play park. Minutes from I-77, I-26, downtown Columbia and the Cayce boat landing. Bathrooms were completely remodeled in 2008. Dishwasher and Stove replaced in March of 2015. Kitchen/living area remodeled in 2004 and laundry room added. Shingles replaced in 2008. Must see to appreciate.
