The space has a separate laundry room w/ washer and dryer, a 2 sink walk-through bathroom, a walk-in closet, upgraded kitchen appliances (gas range, new sink and backsplash, large fridge, new counters), a breakfast bar, and a nice patio to enjoy the summer weather! My fiance and I had to move for work in the middle of our lease, but are still paying rent on the empty space and are really desperate to get new renters interested in the space. We are willing TO PAY THE DEPOSIT AND MOVE-IN FEES as a thank you. Property management at Avalon Arlington Square just recarpeted and cleaned the entire unit (Apt 36, Bldg 036), so it is spotless and ready for new renters! Pets are welcome! The area is perfect for jogging or walking a dog. There is easy access to a nice shopping center with a Giant, an ABC store, and a really nice wine bar. Utilities are not included but usually average about $100-120 a month (they are very eco-friendly) and the unit is wired for Comcast or FIOS, whichever you prefer. The apartment is in a renovated building in the back corner of the community, so parking is super easy and it's always quiet back there. The community has 2 beautiful pools, a brand new gym, a metro bus that picks up in the central courtyard, and is literally adjacent to Pentagon City and 395 into the city.
