Located in building with Cherry St cafe and tons of great places in walking distance. You get all the benefits of a great condo building at a rental price! Only 2 renters ever and positive reviews. Also, just got a brand new fridge put in! Also, great secure parking, with a corner spot in the garage. Fresh paint job and deep cleaning just done - the place is fresh and great light! The hardwoods are also new after I lived there and gorgeous! Electric is about $35 per month based on my usage, everything else is covered. $300 move in and $300 move out fee. (this is not charged by me, but by the condo association) No smokers please.
