The 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom G Unit (see our website for full floor plan) is our most popular apartment. It's open & spacious, has plenty of storage space, a hall bathroom as well as a separate master bathroom, separate room for laundry, an open kitchen with bar & semi-private patio (deck on second floor units) right outside the living area. All appliances are included: washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, refrigerator & range. We pay the water & garbage so the only utility tenant is responsible for is electricity. We require a $30 application fee for each adult that will be in the apartment. This fee covers our costs for credit history, criminal history, rental history & employment verification. We do not rent to felons or anyone with a prior eviction. If your credit score is below 600 then your deposit will be $1340 for this unit. If your credit score is 600 or above then the deposit is just $360. Stop by to see this apartment Mondays or Thursdays 10-6, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays 10-4 or Saturdays 10-2.
