The property comes either furnished or unfurnished. If interest I can send pictures of the property furnished. I am flexible on the pet policy depending on the pet. The neighbor is quite and is on a cod-de-sac which is great for kids. My neighbors are mostly families and I am looking for a long term renter. The rent will be responsible for all utilities which are water, gas, and electric. Renter is responsible for electric, gas, water and sewer.
