AT THE FIRST FLOOR: You will find a spacious shared living/dining area with the open stairs to the second floor. Also, you will find the shared kitchen with a nook table and a shared pantry with separate shelfs for everyone. Easy to clean ceramic tile flooring throughout the first floor. With the exception of the living room that has laminated flooring. The house has an indoor a share laundry room for all to use and across it is a shared half bathroom that tenants are be able to use. There is a shared refrigerator for the tenants separated from the main refrigerator that is for me (the owner) and the living manager. AT THE SECOND FLOOR: You can find all the bedrooms and shared bathroom. Two bedrooms are available by the 15th of August and will be freshly painted and cleaned. All bedroom has widows and spacious closets. (One won't be available until September). The floor is laminate for easy cleaning. The upstairs bathroom has been remodeled with brand new shower/paint.
