This house has a history of dangerous and carcinogenic molds. We have three different reports showing and proving it is a danger to live in. It should be condemned. Until proof of mold remediation work I would not recommend anyone inhabit this house. Humans and pet health will be affected if subjected to these dangerous molds throughout the whole house. There is a history of human and dog health issues proven to be due to this residence unhealthy environment. Paint will not keep you safe. A major remediation must happen before house safe enough.
