There's an 8'x6'' storage shed out back and some storage space in the attic too. Sit on the porch and listen to the birds chirping. You'd never know you were 15 minutes from Volkswagen Amazon and downtown. The river walk is 2.5 miles away and you can ride your bike downtown in about 45 minutes.
