There's also a pantry in the kitchen and a laundry room. All 3 bedrooms have closets. Available for 6 or 12 month lease. No pets allowed. Smoking only allowed on porch or outside (vaping also only outside). Renter must pay electric bill (typically $100-$200 monthly) and purchase their own internet service. Renters insurance is strongly encouraged. The house does have an attached garage, but it is not included in the rental. It is used as owner's storage. Property has a large driveway. Trash/recycling pickup is $200 for the year (we are charged about $300). Renter will be responsible for yard care EXCEPT MOWING (weeding, ensuring weeds don't overgrow and vines don't grow onto house).
