Totally gutted the house out. It had all new wiring, plumbing, new sheet rock, all new windows, new siding, roof. Had all original woodwork that was all sanded down stained and varnished. The downstairs has laminate flooring in kitchen, hallway to bathroom and laundry room. Those rooms are also laminate along with the dining room. The living room and bedroom has carpeting. The stairway use to go up from the kitchen but my husband was able to turn it around so it goes up from the living room. The basement is a full and a work in process.
