This house was a rental for many years and suffered a fire while vacant. The fire damaged the front entrance/porch and adjacent corner of the living room. There was damage to part of the roof and smoke and water damage. The house was boarded up after the fire, then my husband got sick and wasn't able to make the necessary repairs. This is a substantial project and the city has given us a time limit to get it accomplished. I am open to any serious offers and would like to see someone make this their home or investment.
