We are proud of it and are seeking a tenant who will respect and love this house as their own. There are three bedrooms, two of which are corner rooms. Each bedroom has a closet. There is one full bathroom, plus a separate WC and sink. Location is as central as it gets in Charleston--30 seconds from I-26 with easy access to downtown and the airport. It's also bikeable to Freehouse Brewery and Holy City Brewery. There is a fenced-in yard and we do allow 1-2 pets, with an additional half-month deposit (refundable). We provide a refrigerator and oven/stove. There are hookups for a washer and dryer.
