We are relocating and need 1 or 2 people to fill our spacious, quiet apartment in northeast Ann Arbor beginning in July or August (we are a little flexible on move-in date). The unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room with a high ceiling, a large modern kitchen, and a balcony with extra storage space. It includes convenient parking and a reserved, covered parking spot and in-unit laundry. You would be added to our lease with the Villas at Northstar, and you would have the option to renew the lease in December. Rent includes parking and access to all amenities like pool/grill area and weight room. Up to 2 pets are allowed for an additional pet fee and rent. The Traver Village shopping center is one mile down Nixon road and includes a Kroger grocery story, Starbucks, and all kinds of shops and restaurants. The university and hospital downtown are a very short drive down Pontiac trail.
