The neighborhood is quiet and clean. Close to transit, a Safeway and restaurants and shops. An easy walk to Golden Gate Park and down to the beach. We are located a few blocks from Sunset Boulevard. Rent is $2,400 with a security deposit of 1.5x rent. Utilities generally amount to between $100-150 depending on the month. No pets are allowed.
