The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Pictures of the front are from past years. I'm currently updating the landscaping in front. It's going to be beautiful. Fast Wifi and Trash are included. You'll be sharing utility and water with the occupant of the cottage in back. You'll pay 2/3 of the Water and PGE. A pet is possible but it would depend on the pet.
