We purchased this property thinking it would be a quick flip we could fit between several other flips we are working on. When we got into it we discovered nothing was done to code, so we are offering it in "as is" condition. The kitchen has already been demoed as well as the broken up floor in the bedroom. If we don't sell it, we plan to demo the house and build a tiny house in it's place later in the summer when we have more time. We would either sell the house to be moved by buyer for $4000 or the whole thing for $35,000.
