We are an intentional living community looking for like-minded humans and kids to join us in a 2 sided, separate-entrance duplex in NE DC (Woodridge neighborhood). The entire house (both sides and backyard/front yard) are shared spaces. Available room: * 1 large master bedroom * $1250 plus utilities (~$125/month) - furnished And/or *1 large attic room w/office /den/yoga nook *$1500 plus utilities (~$125/month) - furnished (starting Feb 1) And/or: Entire home rented; preferred family to colive and create with. *3 rooms *2 full baths *1 office Alll available by March 1 or earlier Serious applicants are asked to provide 2 references from past co-habitators and/or friends and/or land lords.
