Quiet neighborhood and walking distance to two parks. The unit has a joint door to the main house where my partner and I stay and the door is always locked. The unit has a separate/private entrance through the backyard with a separate key to the main house. The backyard space will be shared with our two dogs. No small dogs or male dogs. The house has central cooling and heating which will make the unit pretty cold in the summer and toasty in the winter. The unit has its own washer and dryer, bathroom, and kitchen. The renter will be able to hold a car space in the driveway and a space in front of the property. Lease and contracts can be discussed if any accommodations need to be made and/or any requirements need to be made on the landlords end.
