We are situated in the Mansions Park neighborhood tucked away in Oaklawn to be specific. The area is superb. The neighborhood is condo-heavy with a few historic homes splashed here and there. We are 2 minutes from Oaklawn (Campuzano, City-Vet, Cosmic Cafe, Oak Lawn Coffee, etc.), 8-10 mins from the Cedar Springs strip and 9-11 minutes to Turtle Creek, Reverchon, Katy Trail and all on foot. It's ideal for those puppy/doggy lovers since the neighborhood is very dog-centric and you'll hardly see children around but everyone has a pooch. Our neighbors at the condo are fantastic and down-to-earth. We have a community pool, laundry mat and covered parking. The unit has a half-bath when you walk into the left, a cozy kitchen with all appliances, then you walk into a lovely living space with a large built-in shelf along the wall. There is a half balcony for all your plants and herbs. There is a coat closet off in the living room. There is a set of suspended stairs leading up to the master bedroom/loft and it's very spacious. There are sliding glass doors that welcome light in as well as there are two walk-in closets (his&hers) along with a full bath upstairs. The house is carpeted all throughout besides the kitchen, half-bath and the bath upstairs. If you are interested in a longer term we can make that work as well with our property manager.
