Current owner has lived in this house for over fifty years. Wiring and plumbing were all updated in 1988 and 200? (not sure -- early 2000's). Roof replaced in 2011. Windows are updated. Fireplace in living room has not been used for years, and owner believes it is capped off. Basement has leaked, which is very obvious, but that was several years ago. Drainage issues are believed to have been resolved, and the problem not longer exists. The old garage was turned into the new storage area and laundry room. Property from the front fence to the back of the property is outside city limits, and animals (any horses, chickens, etc) are ok. City limits end at the frontage road.
