You're welcome to stay longer, just note that rent may increase after the lease ends. Rent is $1,500/month, but I've already paid for June, so if you move in before July, you won't start paying rent until then. The apartment is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath. The room fits a queen bed (I currently have a full), desk, dresser, and has plenty of closet space. You'd be living with a long-term tenant and his friendly dog, both are super down-to-earth. Located in Hamilton Park, one of Jersey City's best neighborhoods. The park is steps away, with great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and a grocery store just a couple blocks over. There's also a Citi Bike station one block away and it's a 10-minute walk to the PATH. Reach out if you're interested or want to come check it out!
