There are two other parking spaces in the front driveway and plenty of street parking. The tenant will be responsible for all utilities, for 70% of utilities of water, electricity, gas and sewer, and 50% of trash monthly. Save on your lowered electricity bill with a solar panel set up (already paid off). The other unit has another private entry in the shared parking lot. One small portion of a shared wall is located in the laundry room. The house is conveniently located near parks, shopping centers, Cal Poly Pomona, hospitals, downtown Pomona, and downtown Claremont.
