Location - you are on a paved road 5 minutes away from shopping, hospital, churches, restaurants, bars, golf, and fishing. The home has been very well maintained. All the main living including master bedroom are on the ground floor. There is a large studio and/or craft room. Most furnishings are available at an extra cost. This home is priced very aggressively and won't last long.
