Very nice 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom townhouse available for rent in the beginning of May. Two story with a terrace, a carport and one parking space. Currently being remodeled: new flooring, kitchen and bathrooms. South and east oriented with a lots of sun in most of the house. Due to remodeling we do not have pictures with the finished house. Section 8 OK, We check references/credit reports/criminal records No pets - NO EXCEPTIONS! Non smoking house We sign a month-to month rental contract, but we select for long term tenants who intend to rent our house for at least 3 years or longer, as it is time consuming and expensive to change tenants. We included in the contract addendum the statement that, in case the tenants move out sooner than 3 years of renting, we will keep a part of the deposit to compensate for the rent losses in case we cannot re-rent the house immediately.
