I'm looking for a roommate for my two bedroom, one bath duplex located off of Don Roser and Missouri. I'm a 27 year old woman and am pretty quite and keep to myself. Your room has carpet and the AC blows really nice in there. I have a pomeranian, two cats, and a lizard. They're all very loving. I have extra furniture, rugs, and a twin mattress if you'd like to utilize them. The house is fully furnished and all tile minus the bedrooms. There is laundry in unit, a dishwasher, and even a bidet. Wifi and utilities are included in rent. I'm still shifting some furniture around so I didn't include any photos with my stuff but the living room has recliners, a nice rug, coffee table, and the lizard. I keep my house fairly clean and mostly stay in my bedroom. Please message me if you have any questions or concerns! I'd like to find a long term renter but I'm okay with less than 6 months if need be.
