The Community Partners for Affordable Housing (CPAH) have teamed with the City of Evanston to help offer Inclusionary Rental Housing (IRH) apartments to local residents. CPAH is responsible for determining eligibility and waitlist placement throughout the process. Before touring the apartment, all prospective IRH applicants must submit a pre-application with CPAH to confirm eligibility and secure a place on the waitlist. Waitlist placement does not guarantee availability at a specific property. Quadrel Realty Group may not schedule tours with any applicant until the CPAH gives express permission.
