What the owner loves about this home
Our home has been maintained with great care and regular upkeep on finishes. Each floor has been painted and several include additional trim and finishes.
The community is incredibly welcoming and perfect for any family who likes to get outside to ride bikes, play in one of the two large playgrounds, or spend time at the beautiful community center.
There is very little traffic in the community and we love how close the families here interact with each other. There are several annual events at the center of the community where a communal building is located and large grass area for outdoor entertaining.
The proximity to the shopping plaza is amazing for quick needs at the grocery store and a reason to do a quick walk for an ice cream cone. Many options for dining out and even some summer concerts at the Waugh Chapel Center.
The ability to travel in any direction easily for work, was one of our favorite parts of this location. Gambrills has an out of city, quiet feel, while being close enough to commute to the big cities for work.
Great school options here in Anne Arundel County and even for the younger children in daycare and pre-K.
