This is an as-is sale for our home, we love this home and never wanted to leave but a very sudden and positive expansion to our family necessitated moving. We also wanted to have a little control over the sale to give young or new buyers a chance as we saw a lot of “professionally flipped” homes or homes that were being priced way over their condition during our search.
