I recently moved and am looking for someone to take over the last 6 months of my lease (finished 7/2023) in a 2 bed 1 bath apartment in Fairmount. I've been here for 2.5 years and it's been a nice space to live with a reactive landlord whenever we have any problems. The apartment is a 5 minute walk to the Art Museum, the Schuylkill River Trail / Fairmount Park and Farimount Ave. This apartment is also along the 7, 32, 48, and 49 bus routes, plus can easily access Center City and University City by bike. Electricity, gas, and internet are covered by the tenant. Quarterly extermination is included in rent. Pets are allowed. Washer/dryer in unit. Available now You will have to apply with my current landlord if interested, but I will facilitate a virtual tour if you are interested I will make the introduction between you and my landlord. You would be taking over the remainder of the current lease, which is up in June 2023, and will likely be given the option to renew the lease if you are looking to stay. There is no pet rent, but there is a $250 fee upfront in addition to the security deposit.
