Bedrooms measure approximately 15.5 x 11.5 feet and 12 x 11.5 feet, both with generous closet space. All utilities INCLUDED in rent. This means water, electric, air conditioning, heat / gas, trash AND wifi are included in the rent. $2000 per month with one month's rent as a refundable deposit to secure the listing. $50 non-refundable application fee to include references along with proof of income and background / credit check. If more than one tenant is desired, rent and deposit will be $2,200 per month to account for increased wear, tear and utilities use. The fine print: this apartment is designed for one adult, as it is over a business. There will be zero tolerance for noise or disruption of the day to day business (during business hours, or 9 - 5 PM). Small pets may be allowed at additional cost, however no dogs of any kind will be allowed on the property (sorry!). Use of on-site parking is permitted during NON-business hours (after 5PM, before 9 AM) for tenants only. If a room mate is desired, please discuss with Management BEFORE submitting an application - No subletting by Tenant is allowed. No smoking (of anything) on the premises. Our priority is the 1st floor business. Any disruption to the smooth operation of this business will result in eviction and loss of security deposit as allowed by law for any of the following: smoking / fire risk, trash, noise, smell, parking violations and/or unauthorized users of the apartment. With that said, it's a beautiful space with Hyde Park charm and close to everything.
