Beautiful updated home in Highlander Acres. We have loved this home well, but it’s time for us to downsize.. This mostly brick home sits on a half acre manicured yard, fully fenced.The pool is 18 by 36, heated and has a new automatic cover..it is also fully fenced with a safety gate. We have enjoyed it so much. There is a 22 by 22 detached pool house/ work shop. It has a full bathroom complete with a shower. We had a new AC unit installed in 2021 , including all new ductwork. My favorite room in the house, the kitchen, was completed remodeled in the fall of 2019. It boasts a 2 chair island and quartz countertops. All the flooring was replaced in 2019. We have a couple walls of shiplap/ all repainted. There are to many things to list!! It’s close to shopping, the high school, north middle school. The neighbors are awesome!! It’s definitely a must see!!
