Our 2 bedroom / 1.5 bathroom floor townhome offers 1 queen bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, and the very spacious living room has 1 queen pullout sleeper sofa with the comfiest gel mattress you will ever sleep on from a pullout. The living room also has a second full-size futon sleeper sofa with a very thick and comfy mattress, as well as an additional regular sized couch. This unit is newly updated from top to bottom - just about EVERYTHING in the unit is brand new or updated and waiting for you to use it! This townhome is located in the beautiful Forest Ridge Village community. Located very close to the community swimming pool, tennis courts, and child playground area, you will NOT be disappointed! There is also a community grilling, picnic table, and fire pit area that you can use. Forgot to bring common items like beach equipment, towels, etc? No problem! We have supplied everything we could think of that you may need. Please note that the variety of what is available is subject to change based on re-stocking, time of year, availability, etc. Open the door and connect to the lightning fast WiFi, or stream the 125+ channels on our 65" TV in the living room, or the additional TVs located in each bedroom!
