Beautiful mid century modern home located in La Riviera. House is close to sac state and down town Sacramento. There is easy access to the hospitals in the area. The American river is a 5 min walk. I am looking for a young professional or grad student to fill one of the rooms in the house. Option for furnished or unfurnished. I like to be social and would love to have people around who would like to do the same. I enjoy hiking, reading, baking/cooking, wineries, and generally just being outside.
