Steamboat II is just 10 minutes from downtown & is a great location to unwind & relax after a busy day at work or play. The hosts live downstairs & are out & about a lot...they also have their own driveway on the other side of the house so it keeps the upstairs unit nice & private. The neighborhood is very friendly & the trail system is awesome. One other thing to note is the house is south facing so you get the warm sunshine late into the afternoon! First month's rent & security deposit required at lease signing. 3-6 month lease. No pets. Only 1 car allowed on property.
