We are a middle age couple who live about a three-minute walk from the building. We like gardening and have a vegetable garden in the backyard. The building is located in the Southwest Garden Neighborhood. It faces Tower Grove Park. You can walk to Schnucks, restaurants, banks, and the public library. There are direct bus lines to Barnes Jewish Hospital, Washington University Medical School, and Central West End. It is just a few minutes to HWY 64/40, HWY 44, Barnes Jewish Hospital, St. Louis University, Missouri Botanical Garden, Washington University Medical School, Central West End, University City, Clayton, and downtown. We pay for water, sewer, trash/recycling, and tenants pay for electricity and gas. NO PETS. No smoking. We are looking for up to two responsible, considerate, respectful, and quiet (i.e. NO loud music or TV, NO screaming or yelling) tenants (it is a two-bedroom, but we have an occupancy permit for two from the city). No evictions, no criminal history, and must have a stable income.
