MiCa offers a utilities package which includes AT&T U-Verse cable & Gigabit Fiber internet service, and gas, for $105-120/month. Electric bill is $35-45/month depending on season. There's an application fee of $50. And if you have pets, there a pet fee of $100/pet. The unit is located on the 11th floor which gives you unbelievable views of Chicago's downtown. It is located right across from the California stop on the Blue Line. Trust me... this is super convenient! The best part, you cannot hear the trains!
