Quiet neighborhood around Colonial Country Club. The house is in an earlier section of the neighborhood. Once a year in September, we have the famous Country Wood Garage Sale. 2 minutes from Interstate exit and 5 minutes from Wolf Chase Mall. There is the Country Wood Neighborhood Association maintaining the neighborhood appearance. It does not have a mandate association fee, but would be frown on if you don't pay.
