    What's special

    This home is not in the best shape of its life, but it gets the job done. I have owned it for two years now, and it's been perfect for me. Structurally, I haven't experienced any issues with it. The oven has been replaced since the photos were taken (2014). There are many repairs that still have to be done. Nothing too serious. Wall panels need to be replaced, the previous owner left a cut out hole in the floor that still needs to be fixed, and a hole in the kitchen floor under the Window. A few other simple things here and there. Most of all, it could really need a face lift. New carpet, paint and such. And the washer has to be either fixed or replaced. My father and I are capable and willing to fix all these problems, but it has taken a while. So, I'm offering it for sale. If you wanted to work something out I'd really like to take a down payment of sorts from a potential buyer in order to complete the repairs. We could agree on how many repairs you'd like done and write up a contract. If not, I'd also be willing to sell it as is. As is price negotiable.
