The Basement Primary En-Suite level is a completely private space with its own full bathroom (with jetted tub), large bedroom, living room, and additional closet/den/utility room. Total space measures approx. 370 sq ft total and is $1,250 all inclusive/month. Total of 4 people living in the house (3 rooms upstairs, primary suite in basement, bath on each floor). You would have your own private bathroom. We all share the kitchen and half bath on the main level. Only singles (no couples), and no additional pets please!
