The house has three bedrooms (all upstairs) and three bathrooms (two upstairs, powder room downstairs) with a two-car garage, as well as a large bonus room/bedroom above the garage (best used as a playroom/den, or for storage, although it does have windows and there are closets in the adjoining hallway and has previously been used as a bedroom). Open floorplan on the main level with a living room, dining room, family room and breakfast nook. There is plenty of space for storage - a plethora of closets, crawl space, so on. Fully fenced, nicely landscaped backyard. All appliances included. The house is available partially furnished or unfurnished. We are longtime locals who moved to New Mexico for work in 2022; we intend to return to Steamboat when our work commitments end. The house was our home for years and thus has been well-maintained and upgraded with newer appliances, a renovated master bath, etc. We are hoping to find renters who will appreciate it for the lovely home it is and also be responsible/respectful while we're gone. Tenants are responsible for gas, electric, and internet/cable (the house has in-floor radiant heat and has fiber optic running to the house via Luminate but is also wired for Xfinity and Dish). Snow removal from the driveway and roof during the winter and basic lawn maintenance (occasional mowing) during the summer are expected as part of living in the house. Prospective renters will need to provide references and employment verification. The first month's rent and security deposit will be required for move-in.
