Looking for someone clean, tidy, and respectful, with good energy. $1100 per month inc. utilities. Contract until March 2027 with possible option to go month-to-month after. Fixed-term lease through February 28, 2027, with possible option to continue month-to-month by mutual written agreement thereafter. Monthly rent is $1,100, due on the 1st of each month (5% late fee if paid after the 5th). A security deposit equal to one month's rent is required upfront. The renter is responsible for minor repairs up to $150 per item where damage results from their own actions or negligence normal wear and tear excepted. Repairs above $150, or those involving structural, plumbing, or electrical issues not caused by the renter, are the landlord's responsibility. Any damage to furniture, appliances, or kitchen equipment through misuse is fully the renter's responsibility with no cap. All issues must be reported promptly.
