Prime Santurce location: 15 min walk to the beach, 10 min to Condado and Miramar. FreshMart, Walmart, and Pueblo all within 10 minutes on foot. Great restaurants and food trucks on your doorstep, plus a free bus to Old San Juan around the corner.

Any damage to furniture, appliances, or kitchen equipment through misuse is fully the renter's responsibility with no cap. All issues must be reported promptly.
