Absolutely no illegal activity we like our neighbors, and they like us law-abiding. 3. Clean Space, Clear Mind Clean up after yourself in the kitchen, bathroom, and living room. Dishes in the sink? Not for long give them a quick wash and dry. Trash and recycling go out before they start to smell like a science experiment. 4. Repairs & Oops Moments If something breaks, speak up quickly so it can get fixed. If you broke it, own it we'll figure it out like civilized humans. 8.
