It has a deep-well that is 80 feet underground and 20 feet below water level. It also has a 500-gallon septic tank. The deck and wood fence were recently rebuilt with weather-resistant materials ($5,000 in materials), the solar power electronics are all new as of 2023 ($10,000 in new hardware), and the flooring is all new LVT as of 2021 ($2,000 in materials).
