Three bedroom townhouse available in Tempe, the house has been home to college students for the last three years (including myself for two years). The house is available beginning June 25th, ideally I'd like to have someone in there by July 1st. Rent is $1,050 a month + utilities (water, electricity, cable/internet) which are around 200-250 in the summer and 100-150 in the fall/winter. Background check is required, cleaning deposit of $200 if no pets and one-month's rent if there are pets. Includes all appliances: refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washer, dryer. The house is currently partially furnished and these items: dining room table, futon, couch, lazy-boy chair, television, entertainment set, 1 queen bed, chest of drawers, can be kept or will be removed within two-weeks upon notification. Landlord is out of state, but you will be provided a list of plumbers, landscapers, electricians, air conditioning repairmen, that have all seen or worked on the house before and will fix whatever is an issue and charge me directly. The house is in a great neighborhood with a shared pool and nearby two parks. It is also right off the Orbit Mars line for easy access to ASU campus and Mill Avenue. Tennis Courts/Track are available across the street at McClintock High School and it is also very close to grocery stores, gyms, etc. I lived here for two years without a car, but there are two covered parking spots if you do have cars.
