Appliances included are stove, fridge, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. Each adult planning to live in the home will need to complete a rental application. Please be honest when completing your application. All of the information provided will be verified through a thorough credit, eviction, and criminal history check. The cost for this service is passed down to you in the application fee. The application fee will only be collected once you decide that you love the home and want to move forward with being prequalified. Income Qualifications $3,750 per month, $45,000 per year. Income for each potential tenant will be verified. Disqualifiers If you have ever been evicted, or if eviction papers have ever been filed, you will not qualify to rent one of our homes. We do run an eviction check on each adult planning to live in the home. Credit Check We do not expect perfect credit, however, each adult will have their credit run and it will be reviewed by our Resident Qualification Team.
