All utilities are paid for except for electric (which is used for central a/c, appliances and lighting only). Gas (heat/range), water, trash, GARAGE WITH OPENER is ALL included in the rent. Nice pool, clubhouse for exercising, terrific maintenance crew, quiet building - laundry room right outside my apartment's door - same floor!
